Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically shipped within 3-4 business days, and usually on Fridays. If you have a preorder item, it will be shipped within the estimated date on the product page along with any other items in that order.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Domestic US mail generally arrives in 2-5 business days, and 2-4 weeks for international mail. Please note, that these are just estimates and could take shorter or longer to arrive.

I'm missing an item in my order, or my item arrived damaged.

Please send an email to support@teaberryhouse.com with your order number, and we'll be happy to help!

My package says "delivered" but it did not arrive / the tracking seems stuck.

The USPS will often pre-mark packages as delivered and then arrive the following day. Be sure to check with housemates and neighbors to see if they have taken your package inside as well.

Unfortunately, we can not responsible for any packages that are marked as delivered. Please contact your local post office for assistance. We will try to help if possible, but ultimately it is between you and your local post office.

______

If your package appears to still be in transit after 4 weeks (8 weeks for INTL), I may be able to send you a replacement. Please contact us at support@teaberryhouse.com with your Order number. On rare occasions, a package will make its way back to us. If this happens, we will contact you to review your shipping address and reship it.

For international packages, they may also be held by your local office for customs due. Please contact them for assistance.

Do you use a grading scale for your pins?

Yes and no - I am fairly lax regarding pin grades. While I do check all my pins for defects, you will most likely receive a standard grade pin. Each pin is handmade, so minor imperfections are expected. Pins with very noticeable defects like deep scratches or major dust specks are classified as B-Grade and are generally used in blind bags or sold as such at a discount. Pins with serious flaws are generally not sold at all.
