Returns, Exchanges, and Shipping

Problems with your order?

Please contact us within 10 days via support@teaberryhouse.com if there is a problem with your order and we will try our best to resolve it for you!

We do not accept returns, unless the item arrives damaged. In those rare cases, you will most likely be offered a replacement free of charge. Please send photos with your Order number to support@teaberryhouse.com and we will take care of things for you!

Teaberry House is not responsible for any import charges or customs fees.

Please double check that the address listed on your shipping information when you order is correct. Items are shipped to the exact address you give when placing your order. 

If an item returns to us, you will be notified and additional postage will be requested if you would like the package reshipped. Otherwise, a refund will be initiated to the original form of payment, minus any shipping costs.

Shipping 

All orders will be shipped out within 3-5 business days (usually on Friday), unless the item is listed as a pre-order item. 

All packages are shipped via USPS unless another carrier is requested. Please feel free to contact us if you have special shipping requirements and we will try to accommodate.

You will, in most cases, be provided a USPS tracking number. We cannot be responsible for shipping delays or lost/stolen packages due to the USPS mail system.

If you wish to purchase insurance for you package, please contact us or choose a shipping option that provides insurance.
